"The concierge staff was outstanding! The dining experience was outstanding! I was disappointed with the front desk staff and housekeeping. And, it has been 4 days since my departure from the hotel, and I am still waiting for my receipt. :-( "

"This was an amazing hotel and great hospitality. Had one issue with breakfast where we had to get a refund but other then that one incident it was very pleasant "

"The hotel was very accommodating as we were traveling with my parents both of which are in wheelchairs. Rooms were nice and clean. Pool was a hit with the kids and had a great view of the city. Wish they had room service but there was a little self serve market you could get light meals at. There was a restaurant on the property it looked good but we didn’t eat there. Overall great location in the inner harbor area and good for families. "
