The staff was super attentive and helpful. The property had a nice airy feel to the place which in Singapore is a rarity as all hotels are high rises with buildings on all sides . What I did not like was the rooms were small And so were the bathrooms . Very tight squeeze for a luxury hotel . Upgrades are difficult to come by in terms of points as their loyalty program has its limitations as the brand geographical spread is limited . So unless you travel to those destinations difficult To...

Perfect stay, travelled with 2 friends, the sofa bed was great, it was an actual single mattress. The room was spacious, spotless and well appointed, based on some reviews I was worried it would be a bit dated but it wasn’t at all. The hotel was near full our entire 6 night stay but never felt it. Service was exceptional, best I’ve ever experienced. If you’re there over the weekend the Vintage Champagne Sunday Brunch is not to be missed! Location is perfect. We were flying really late on our...

We found Raffles to be an excellent choice for our few days in Singapore. It really is a grand hotel & the staff were extremely helpful & attentive. We wouldn't hesitate recommending this hotel. We stayed in a courtyard suite which was extremely comfortable with sitting area, bedroom with chairs & tv, dressing room & nice big bathroom with shower. Our only very small gripe was that the water in the shower could have been hotter. The breakfast in Tiffin was really good. There was an excellent...

The bed was very comfortable. The room and the bathroom was nice and clean.

We stayed at the Pan Pacific for 12 nights in November and loved everything about the suites. Comfortable lounge and bedroom with fantastic views of the Singapore Flyer. Well equipped kitchen and dining area. Complimentary breakfast served everyday except Sunday with good choice of cereals, fruit, pastries and eggs cooked to order as well as oriental dishes. There are 2 MRT stations within walking distance and Beach Road is also well serviced by buses. Lovely polite, courteous staff always...

Very good staff

Stopped over for a weekend very convenient, clean and helpful no faults! Staff was great, quick and very helpful

The hotel was nice but our hotel stay was made amazing by Ying Zi Shang of the concierge team. She was extremely welcoming and very easy to talk to, if I wanted to discuss my plans for the day. Our hotel stay would not have been the same without her.

Definitely one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at, excellent staff throughout the hotel, rooms were spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The location was convenient for several of the sites and activities we wanted to do. I would definitely stay there again.

Great hotel in a good location. Everything you need is in and around the hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful too. I will be staying there again the future. Thanks.

Excellent breakfast-best to go early to avoid crowds. Caters for all tastes and food very fresh. Room very clean and fresh. Plenty of towels. Very handy for shops and restaurants.

Marina Bay Sands is an absolutely amazing building and a real experience in itself. The rooms are stunning, beautifully finished and exactly what you would expect from such an iconic hotel. The location is fantastic and very hard to beat. The choice of restaurants is second to none, and the shopping centre is incredible — virtually every designer and luxury brand you could think of is available. The Infinity Pool is something very special and definitely one of the highlights of staying here....

Spacious and very quiet air conditioned room. Comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast and service. A true 5 star hotel in Singapore. Will definitely recommend this place to my friends and family.

Quiet and relaxing if you wanted and good attractions in the area for families and Kids.

Sofitel Singapore City Centre is a glorious starting place for exploring the city state. Right in the heart of China Town, it is accessible to various historic sites no less than Talok Ayer. The staff at Sofitel are brilliant, approachable and made our stay that much extra special. Special commendation to the reception staff, the lounge staff who were super helpful and of course the staff at the wonderful Racines restaurant.

I had a lovely stay here and would stay again. My room was very comfortable and spacious with excellent housekeeping. The staff were warm and welcoming. The location is a little out of the way but a bus stop is within 10 minutes walk and the island bus service is excellent and cheap and easy to use with a credit card tap in/out system.

Large apartment, quiet, close to local attractions. Recommended.

Everyone was great as usual, have stayed there many times now.
