"Top notch hotel with very accommodating staff. Excellent breakfast buffet. Beautiful bar. We asked for a balcony and got one of the few. My husband was ill and they got a doctor within an hour and meds delivered within another 30 minutes. Would definitely recommend if want to be in Heliopolis and close to airport. It is much less frantic than Cairo."

I have a story to share, I dropped my little bag While I get out of my taxi in front of the hotel it has my passport, ID, credit cards and cash mony. I thought I lost it, next day I asked the manager to look at the camera and check it out we went through a lot of records till we found that a delivery guy has picked it up and left through many efforts by the hotel staff we got his phone number and the manager called him in a very professional way to bring my bag back I got everything with a huge relief. big thanks to the hotel staff and Mr Sameh, the manger.
