"The staff was very friendly. We loved that they had a white board with all the goings-on for each day next to a map with how far away things were. Room was clean and much bigger than we expected with a beautiful city view on the corner. The toiletries were high quality and the kitchen was stocked with cooking supplies. Key card access only to the floors which felt safe. They also had Uber/Lyft credits each day that saved us lots of money on rides! Made up for it not being as walkable as we expected due to the chilly weather. Great stay for our first time in Nashville!"

"We stayed for a week at the Holiday Inn Nashville-Vanderbilt. It was absolutely perfect! Clean quiet close to the National Finals Football game...like 1 block (GO CATS). The staff was so helpful, friendly and willing to help with anything needed. The transportation to downtown every 15 minutes or so all day till 1145 pm was the icing on the cake. Hope we are back next year and we will definitely pick the Holiday Inn Vanderbuilt!"

"Super clean property and room. Staff was amazing and so friendly from the valet attendant to the front desk staff. I asked for a couple things by text to the front desk and they showed up at my door within minutes. I travel a lot and have never had better service. The Southern Spoon restaurant at the hotel was also top notch. We must have eaten there at least 4 times during our stay. Recommend this hotel 5 stars A++++"
