Paul & Sue were very good hosts & went out of their way to make sure our stay was enjoyable. The breakfasts were also superb. Would highly recommend The Ivy House.

Paul and Sue are the perfect hosts. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfasts are delicious and plenty of choice. Rooms are clean and comfortable. 2/3 minute walk into town. What more could you ask for. Excellent.

The Ivy House Cirencester
Great overnight stay. Spotlessly clean. Breakfast with locally sourced produce cooked to perfection with plenty of other options. Friendly and knowledgeable hosts. A five minute walk to The Barn Theatre and ten minute walking distance to main town.Highly recommend The Ivy House for excellent accommodation.

Great for Exploring Cirencester!
We booked a one night stay to explore Cirencester, which we had not visited previously. The Ivy House is perfectly situated for walking into the centre of the town. The room was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was excellent - we did not need to eat again for ages! Recommended!

The hosts are a sweet elderly couple, which have thought of every possible detail that someone may need in their room. The small and thoughtful touches sprinkled around made our stay extra special. Very clean and cozy. Also, the breakfast is the most delicious English breakfast I have ever tasted! Everything was perfectly cooked. This B&B is a gem and is truly the perfect place for a short stay.

A delightful stay with Paul and Sue, both up for a chat. Perfect location with parking at the door and a quick walk into the main area of Cirencester. Crisp sheets, clean towels each day, and the best shower (well the screen in particular) we've ever had. Why mention the shower screen? It's the only one that completely retains the splash inside the actual shower, no wet bathroom floor at all! Plenty of room for luggage, despite being in an older building reminiscent of the era. Rather tight staircase but once again - typical of these properties. If I could change anything I'd replace the mattress and the carpet although clean, was old.

The hosts are welcoming, helpful and provided useful information about the local area. The property is situated within easy walking distance of the town centre and very near a range of eateries. There is off road parking if you require it at the property.

This may be the cleanest inn I've ever visited! The room was immaculate, the innkeepers were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. It's a very short walk (just minutes) to the center of town, which was quite convenient. Our room and bathroom were small, so perhaps not ideal for a long visit. But all the amenities were there (good lighting, handy outlets, television, etc.). So, for our one-night stay, the Ivy House couldn't have been more perfect.

Brilliant hosts
Let’s start with the very kind, friendly and accommodating hosts who made sure our stay is as pleasant as possible. The house is located only few minutes walk from the centre, so great location. The house in general and our room were extremely clean, bottles of water were provided. The choice for breakfast was great, fruits, yogurts, cereals and of course cooked breakfast by the hosts with locally sourced products. Overall very pleasantly surprised!

Nicely located guest house, close to the town center and with free parking. The hosts are fantastic! They make you feel at home. The rooms are so well looked after, you can notice attention to detail. The breakfast is second to none regarding quality, and locally sourced sausages, bacon and eggs. Also a good assortment of cereals, fruit, yoghurts. They are always ready to help. If you want to try English hospitality in Cirencester, look no further.

We arrived a little earlier so we checked that it was ok to leave the car and then walked into town. The reception from the owners was welcoming and our twin room with ensuite facilities was spotlessly clean and well decorated. In the morning, fresh fruit was available at breakfast, together with cereals and english breakfast. Very high quality! I wouldnt hesitate for one moment staying in The Ivy House again.
