Top Cirencester Hotel Reviews

Swan Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"My wife and I stayed in cottage fo a night. It was great! Dinner was wonderful. Cottage was perfect for us!"

Stratton House Hotel & Spa
8/10 Good
"It's a lovely hotel although I had a dodgy tummy after breakfast both days and the music in the breakfast room was an awful collection of pop pap."

Thames Head Inn
10/10 Excellent
"The room, separate to and, around the back of the pub was stunning. It was warm and cosy with a controllable radiator for heat. Bed was very comfortable and we had a great night sleep. No shower, but a lovely bath with a handheld shower head. Perfect place to stay before starting the Thames Path. Food was elevated pub fare, and brekkie was the standard full English."

De Vere Cotswold Water Park
8/10 Good
"Really nice hotel in the country. It is situated right next to a lake which is beautiful. We had a lake view room which was amazing. The bathroom shower head and tap were not that good and they splashed water everywhere.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location too.
Breakfast was very good."

Bathurst Arms
10/10 Excellent
"Great pub, food, service and rooms"

The Fleece at Cirencester
10/10 Excellent
"Lovely pub hotel right in the centre of town. Had a very nice stay."

The Catherine Wheel
8/10 Good
"The Catherine Wheel pub is set in the very picturesque village of Bibury, which we were visiting for the first time. It is within walking distance of all the village sites and amenities thus ideal for visitors. The pub is very quaint and has a lot of attractive features and of course plenty of parking, various outside options and decent food.
The accommodation is across the courtyard from the pub, so is in a separate unit, which I presume was a barn in previous times. The room we were allocated appeared to have been recently refurbished with a fixed radiator and looked new as did the bathroom which was tiled throughout and had a heated towel rail. Both were quite small but adequate but neither had a ground level window of any kind, only a skylight in the bedroom. When shown to our room we were told there was a portable fan, which also blew hot air which later proved very necessary as the central heating didn't work. That was not an issue in the bedroom as we had the heater but using the bathroom was a nightmare as it was like an icebox being tiled floor to ceiling without any heating. We did bring it to the management's attention and apologised but were not forthcoming with any form of recompense or refund when we checked out. Not a bad place to stay but do make sure the central heating is working."

Kings Head
10/10 Excellent
"Room was more than large enough, bed was very comfy.
Breakfast was excellent."

Corinium Hotel & Restaurant
10/10 Excellent
"My room was on the small side and not as nice as those pictured, but it was certainly pleasant and adequate. The property was lovely overall, the staff very welcoming and the included breakfast excellent."
