Our stay with Massimo and Sussana was exceptional. They are phenomenal hosts, with a great attention to detail. Their B & B is beautiful, well kept and extremely modern. It is located in the mountains, just outside of Spezia. If you are using public transport, there are bus routes to and from La Spezia, where you can easily travel to and from Cinque Terre. As they are located in the mountains, it was a tough job dragging our suitcase up the mountain, to the B& B. A car or scooter would be ideal...

Staff was accommodating and available. Communicated well beforehand. Check in and check out was a breeze. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast simple but fresh. Beautiful view. Room wasn’t fancy - towels were more like light blankets . Town was authentic. One restaurant open and it was delicious. It was just a short overnight stay but really enjoyed it!

Very conveniently located, walking distance to the main pedestrian area. The hotel is right next to the train station too where there is a public car park for those who drive here. The room is small but clean and tidy. Bottled water provided but no kettle. Bathroom is clean and modern with good water pressure from shower. Good proximity to Porto Venere. Great location on the harbor. Helpful and friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Small room but clean and comfortable. Would be happy to stay there again.

As other reviewers have said the hotel is extremely difficult to find even with a GPS in the car. Once there, however, it is worth the effort. The rooms are compact but have the added bonus of a lovely little kitchenette which is small but very well equipped. The views from the rooms are also lovely. Note that some rooms are downstairs which may present difficulties for those with mobility problems. Communication by phone (trying to ask directions on how to get there) were also difficult as...

Beautiful hotel. A steep walk into Levanto but the hotel provide an excellent bus shuttle into the town/train station and back whenever you need it.

We where supposed to stay for two nights but we took another night every thing was great

Modern room, friendly staff, sweet dog Oto keeps you company and make u smile.. Views are amazing. The only issue we had was finding the property as the signage for the hotel is not great and we really struggled to find it.. The signage name at the property door is totally different name than what you booked on Expedia.. Room can benefit from a kettle and drinking facility and mini fridge other than that great stay 😊
