"We stayed in one of the 1st floor rooms and it was a nice quiet room. The staff was extra friendly and so helpful. The hairdryer in the room that we stayed in didn't work so I asked the front desk if that had one that I could use. They did not have one available but I asked to use the dryer in the room next to us and she allowed me to use the hairdryer since noone had checked in. I was so thankful and to me that's great customer service. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel."

"I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent stay and check-in experience. While the accommodations themselves were satisfactory, our arrival experience at Fairfield was unacceptable due to the conduct of the front desk clerk, Jarode. We arrived at approximately 9:30 PM on Saturday evening after a long day of travel, tired and expecting to check into the room we had reserved. Instead, Jarode informed us that our reserved room was unavailable due to overbooking. This information was delivered in a rude, dismissive, and unprofessional manner. He stated he had “a long day,” which did not excuse his behavior toward paying guests. He initially offered us a room with one king bed and a sofa bed, which did not meet our original reservation for two queen beds. He then suggested relocating us to a nearby Residence Inn, but informed us that complimentary breakfast would not be honored despite it being included in our original booking. When I questioned why an amenity included in my reservation would not transfer, he dismissively responded that those were his manager’s instructions. Given the circumstances, we accepted the transfer to Residence Inn in order to secure the proper sleeping accommodations. Fortunately, the front desk associate at Residence Inn was exceptionally professional, courteous, and welcoming. Her service significantly improved what began as a very frustrating experience. The room was clean, and the stay itself was comfortable. "
