Cinemark Century Rowland Plaza

I have been staying at this hotel since 2004. The hotel use to have a decent kitchen and food was available late into the evening. This is no longer available; only snacks are available upto 10pm. I bought a Pizza from a local restaurant and was told i have to take it to my room. The staff member sat behind me in the bar for an hour with his arms folded looking at me to make sure i didn't eat my pizza. i think this is not good behavior especially when you don't provide dinner. Either provide a dinner service or allow people to bring in the food.

Good hotel and we would recommend staying here. The location is really good. Access to Golden Gate Park and other interesting neighborhoods. The staff is excellent. Very welcoming, friendly and accomodating. The breakfast is decent and the wine hour is very nice. The outside, lobby and common areas are very well maintained. It is a beautiful historic hotel with a great staff. The rooms could use an upgrade considering the price. Overall, it is a very good hotel with a great staff and we would recommend staying there.
