"Amazing staff everything 10/10 across the board"

"This is a wonderful hotel conveniently located just a few minutes walk from Shinjuku station, the largest train station in the world allowing easy access to locations throughout Tokyo. Getting back to Haneda Airport at the end of our stay was also inexpensive and easy from this location via the Shinjuku Expressway Bus Terminal. You can easily walk throughout Shinjuku from this location. The hotel is clean. The rooms are well designed and very comfortable. The front desk staff was polite, helpful, and spoke English. The tubs in the rooms are quite large and great for bathing. The television situation was the best we found during our stay in Japan. The television menu could be accessed in English. I was able to log into my personal You-Tube and Netflix. Once logged in, it stayed logged in during my visit. There is a Lawson located next to the hotel, which is a Japanese convenience store. There is also a variety of local restaurants near the hotel as well as a hotel restaurant. The JR Kyushu Hotel Blossom Shinjuku was my favorite place I stayed at during my two week visit to Japan that included stays at six other hotels. "

"An Outstanding Stay at the Hyatt Tokyo During our trip to Japan, we stayed in four different hotels, and the Hyatt Tokyo clearly stood out as the best. The service, cleanliness, and breakfast buffet were exceptional—impeccable in every detail and superior to any other hotel we visited. Our room offered a beautiful view of Mount Fuji, which made our stay even more memorable. The restaurant staff were consistently attentive and professional, and the quality and variety of the breakfast buffet were truly remarkable. Having experienced several hotels in Japan—and even multiple Hyatt properties in the United States—I can confidently say that none matched the level of excellence provided by the Hyatt Tokyo. I highly recommend it to any traveler seeking comfort, quality, and outstanding service, good location too!"
