The property is very tired, but what it lacks in aesthetics it makes up in specially. The staff is great, and the decor is art deco somewhat, love that. Hyatt Regency Cincinnati
The staff were great and friendly. My only complaints were there was no information about in room service and the TV was not a smart TV so if you didn’t want to watch live TV or pay for on demand you couldn’t cast your own streaming services.

The Westin Cincinnati
The elevators were absolutely horrible. You have to scan your key, press what floor you are going to and then you are assigned an elevator. It’s so inefficient. We waited 15 minutes for an elevator multiple times.
