It’s a very old hotel. Room was very clean upon arrival. I stayed for a few days I requested housekeeping but never came. Requested clean towels but never came.

This was our 2nd stay here. It was just as great as the 1st time. The staff are amazing, friendly, and always smiling. The room was clean and perfectly equipped for my specific needs.

21c Museum Hotel Cincinnati
21C was the hotel to stay in Cincinnati, but not anymore. Our room was so stuffy and smelled like it had not been slept in for weeks. The hallways were humid and sticky.
