"good points are that it is located close to a tram station, and the staff is efficient and welcoming. On the other hand - (twin) beds very narrow, rooms on street side are noisy (windows far from soundproof), general aspect is "cheap". I called the day before to make sure they would have a car park - at check in they told me the car park was full... not confident to park in the street in those suburbs surroundings..."

"Check in staff were fantastic and location of hotel was ideal just off the Main Street. Did leave hotel with multiple bits and reported this to staff. We’re sone unexplained eggs and what looked like bugs on sheets. I was assured after check out this was checked and was told if was mosquitos in February. Asked several times via email to clarify bedding no actual response was given on this. "

"The hotel was very noisy, with a lot of noise coming from the restaurant next door, the room above, and running water through the pipes. The rooms are very basic, and both the bedroom and bathroom are very small. The only positive aspect is the good location"

"We were in Nice to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. The room was perfect and the balcony with the sea view from the 5th floor was the icing on the cake! They had also arrange for flowers and some fizz which I had requested. Nothing was too much trouble. We are looking forward to lour next stay. "

"Perfect location for walking to explore city, room was very nice and staff very helpful with any request Only complaint was shampoo was a combo shampoo conditioner and didn’t feel like it rinsed well so left hair feeling heavy, I would stay again and just bring my own shampoo 😀"

"Car parking is €20 per day, and the spaces are very narrow. Clearly designed for small cars and the scrapes on the walls show that drivers have problems with parking."
