"Kind of run down. Had to switch rooms twice because breakers kept flipping and the lights would not work (we did not have anything plugged b)."

"The staff was so kind and helpful, they were even sweet to my dog a gave him pets when we walked by. The place was so clean and the room was lovely. I had a good view out the window. The parking was easy and the area was quiet and safe."

"Pool was kind of small. I had the presidential suite. It could have been more, uh…I guess, presidential. It was a basic room with more space. Same bed, same bathroom, same everything. For the price I paid, a bigger TV, soft closing toilet lids, better shower head instead of a basic one. Just minor upgrades would be a vast improvement. The presidential suite should have better amenities than a basic room. Especially for the price. I enjoyed the hotel, everything was nice and clean. The staff was polite. I just wouldn’t get the “presidential suite” ever again. Could have used the money I spent on two days to book a week vacation in a normal room. "

"The water went out due to a pipe break. That I understand. The hotel had no control over that. It’s how it was handled that I take issue with. No announcement was made. No compensation given. In fact we were charged for water bottles we needed to even brush our teeth. Staff was rude that night and said no compensation would be given. I would like my stay refunded as well as incidentals (water bottles). How this is handled will determine if I ever risk a Holiday Inn again."
