"The place was just not very nice, rugs were old and dirty the chairs were stained, no cable TV and not worth the price. The only positive was the location. Expedia however was wonderful they went out of their way to get missing glasses and utensils, had the rugs removed and ordered an extensive cleaning and offered to move us or a discount which we accepted. "Our trip and time spent at the hotel were amazing. The staff were lovely and made us feel so welcome. Me and my kids have several food allergies and they were so accommodating. It was the first time I didn't have to go to a self catered place. They also brought surprise toys for the kids and were located right next to the park. It was wonderful and we will be back."
