"The staff were very welcoming and very helpful. Our apartment was very comfortable and clean. Our balcony gave us a view of a lovely forest, st Jean de Luz and the sea. The pool was perfect for us. "They really need to look at their cleaning training and general customer expectations. Our closest was filthy, one towel each for a week, half a toilet roll, stains on sheets. However, staff were receptive to our complaints. Breakfast was excellent, pool was great, location was great too."
