"Communication was minimal. 2 toilet rolls for a 6 person villa for 5 days. Any more was an additional cost. Having the towels replaced, which were no bigger than a tea towel, additional cost. No communication around tourist tax. Would not accept all major credit cards. Did not send details for check ..."
