"Location - 5 stars Service and staff - 5 stars Hotel layout - 1 star The hotel layout is awful, it’s actually an office building converted into a “hotel”. The rooms have no windows, only a small panel next to the front door opens up. The 3rd floor rooms without AC are unbearably hot. There is no noise privacy between floor levels. If anyone is at the beautiful courtyard, you will hear every word they say so bring ear plugs. "

"I loved staying here. The hotel itself is beautiful and they preserved its history well. Room was quiet even though it looked onto the street. I enjoyed both restaurants. I’ll definitely stay here next time I visit Mexico City."

"Although the hotel had some positive aspects, our opinion is heavily influenced by the very poor service we had in the Fiesta club restaurant. At breakfast in particular the staff were extremely discourteous to us. We had to constantly ask and re-ask for basics like coffee or replacement cutlery and the staff appeared to do their best to ignore us even when we made it obvious we needed something. To be fair some restaurant staff were lovely on the evening service. We complained to the restaurant staff directly but felt so strongly we went to reception and asked for the manager to voice our frustration. After reception taking our complaint and promising to have the manager contact us there was no feedback to us in any form. This has left us feeling that the hotel does not care about its guests negative experiences. I do not normally rate a hotel if it is not exceptional but I feel so strongly about this negative experience I fell compelled to complete this review"

"Friendly and helpful staffs. But the hotel is aged with lots of amenities outdated. The suite room is not well equipped and would not recommend for future guests."

"We arrived at 5:00 PM to check in and were directed by reception to Room 302, only to be told by a cleaner that the room wasn’t ready and that we would need to wait. Check in begins at 3:00 PM. Eventually, reception assigned us a different room, but when we got there, the door was already open, which felt unusual and concerning. Unfortunately, the condition of the room was unacceptable: The bed frame was broken at both ends, with pieces lying on the floor. There were puddles of water next to the bed, along with long hairs on the floor and even on the shower wall. The sink counter also had a noticeable hole in it. To make matters worse, the room was advertised on Expedia as having air conditioning, which was a key reason we booked it...but it did not work. No remote or function to turn it on. We had booked this room simply to store our luggage, rest, and take a shower before our flight. However, given the state of the room and bathroom, we didn’t feel comfortable doing any of those things. We ended up leaving early and spending our time elsewhere until our flight. Overall, a very disappointing experience. Would not recommend"

"Beautiful property in an excellent location; you can walk anywhere! The room had a spectacular view of the city and had a fully stocked kitchen. The ameneties included a beautiful terrace with room to relax, a large gym with real equipment, and a game room for the family. Highly recommend!"
