Heritage hotel Santa Lucia

"After having a slightly difficult time finding the entrance to the hotel (a bit hidden by its associated Restaraunt), we were treated by very kind and helpful staff. The room was spacious and clean. The shower had a tough time draining fast enough for the shower head, but not an uncommon problem in remodeled spaces. The location was excellent and central to just about everything in town as well as the ferry and taxi line. The Restaraunt was excellent from bites to beverages. I would stay again and recommend."

"Our flight arrived in Split very early in the morning. When we arrived at the hotel, We were greeted immediately, The Porter took our bags and secured them in the locker. We were able to use the entire facility. We were eager to get to the beach and the pool area. Even the spa was open if we needed services. We were surprised to learn that we were also given Free entrance to the Beach Club. The location was excellent. It was an amazing resort hotel close to city center."

"This was a newer and lovely hotel in Split. The room and bathroom were very spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff was very kind and reached out a week in advance to see if they could help with any bookings or reservations and ended up securing a spot for our party of 8 the night of our arrival. Breakfast was fantastic and the location in Split was great for walking around. Highly recommend."

"Staff all excellent, smiley and helpful. Breakfast was great. Great that the air conditioning in the room stayed on to let you come back to a cool room. Room extremely clean. Nice to have a balcony although it is shared with one other room. Room made up on third day - beds made and more toilet paper given, but not cleaned. Two issues - fridge does not function as a fridge and doesn’t cool. The hot water in the shower also runs out very quickly (after 2 mins) the next person then has to wait a while for it to be warm again. Great location and nice to have a small gym too, along with sauna and cold bath."
