The front desk staff was very nice and friendly, which I appreciated. However, you definitely get what you pay for at this property. My room did not have any towels when I arrived, and the door did not seal very well, which made the room feel less secure and comfortable than I would have liked. The staff was pleasant, but the room itself could definitely use some improvement. Overall, it may work if you’re simply looking for an inexpensive place to stay for the night, but I would keep your expectations realistic.

The room was amazingly clean it smelled like bleach as soon as we walked in everything was in excellent condition and working staff was amazing as soon as we walked in agreed it as check the sand right away very kind smiled all in all our experience was great

The front desk checkin was fast, the agent was friendly. After that it declined, the room was in disrepair, the bathroom wasnt cleaned, the "people" in the parking lot made staying there uncomfortable, unsafe, and unappealing. My young daughter and I felt like possible targets. We did not stay the full stay. We left after about 3 hours. Long enough to find some food, dissect the neighborhood, and book a different place to stay. It was not a positive experience overall. The property needs a face-lift. The staff I encountered was cool.

Yes the property was secured and it was pet friendly , but the room was in bad shape by bad shape i mean the bathroom door needs to be replaced , there was gum on the walls , it had no towels good thing i took mine and the room had a funky smell . Staff was very good people .

At my arrival as I open the door to enter my room, the room was clean how ever there was no towels in the shower, only two very small soaps, no shampoo and no blanket on the bed! when I called the office they said there was no one that could bring the towels that I had to go get them my self.

I only spent one night, as I was in transit. The room was okay, clean and the bed was comfortable. However, the toilet continually runs and sucks water loudly, so one has to manually turn the key below to shut it down and then open it when you need it, which is a little annoying. There weren't towels available, you have to ask them at the office and the towels they give you are very small. For an affordable motel is okay, but I've been to other motels of the same company and the rooms and facilities didn't have those issues.

Nice front desk staff and cleaning lady. They were very professional. RIGHT NEXT TO public transportation/Blue Line light rail. However, I was placed in room 241 first and quickly found the toilet FILTHY, with a broken toilet seat that swiveled and caked on dark brown urine in between the seats and bolts. NASTY. Then, the toilet wouldn't flush on top of that. It was backed up! Wanted to dry my hands, no towels! Tried calling the front desk from the room, phone didn't work! So 5 minutes after initially entering, I walked back down to the front desk & complained, was changed to room 312 which was better..BUT! The bed sheets had HUGH STAINS and what appeared to be black mold spores or something they'd tried to wash out to no avail. Also, there were STAINS on the towel rack, the bathroom wasn't very clean, and the fan in the bathroom didn't work! And, AGAIN, NO TOWELS! On my second call to the front desk in 10 minutes, this time I got an answer, a cleaning lady came up (Esmerelda) whom was very nice and changed my sheets and gave me new pillows, She didn't clean the towel rack, but I forgot to mention it to her (front desk apparently didn't tell her either). DRUG ADDICTS ABOUND here as well. For $124, I can't recommend this place.

Room smelled like it was smoking. Kinda gross. Room had no towels so I had to request them from front lobby (something I never had to do before) and they kindly provided them. Otherwise excellent location, next to transit stop, shops, groceries, adequate parking and more.

I Actually Have To Say I Liked Being Able Rest & Sleep. Yeah The Room Was All Dinghy And Looked & Smelled Stail. Oh Yeah No Shower Curtain Or Towels. I Definitely Went To Office To Get Towels That Should've Been In The Room. Oh Yeah Was Tired And Had To Walk To Office And Dude Was Mad Because I Asked For Towels. I Went To The Vending Machines And Seen Roaches Running Around. I Definitely Didn't Like The Hard To Find Parking. I Seriously Seen A Lot Of Shady People Hanging Around. I Actually Tried To Switch The AC To Heater Mode And It Didn't Work Too Well.

Checking in was fast and easy. The room was nice and comfortable but there was some flaws. Once me and my girlfriend walked into our “non smoking” room, the room smelt like cigarettes and chemicals. Eventually it went away but the next evening it smelled like cigarettes once again. The bed and pillows were comfortable but both pillow cases were stained. My girlfriend was getting bit by something in the bed, we weren’t sure what it was. We also encountered 5 small cockroaches in the room as well. On the bright side the shower had warm water to use and we were given enough towels as well as bars of soap to wash out hands. Overall, it was a decent time for the price.

The room was clean, the staff was friendly and the air conditioner was working great. The mattress was not so great. I could feel the springs. They need to get better and more comfortable mattresses. Everything else was great.
