"My stay was very pleasant. When I arrived at Puerto Madryn airport I was notified that my car rental was canceled. I called the hotel up and within 15 minutes they had someone to pick me up. My room was ready and had the refrigerator stocked with ham, cheese, eggs, condiments and beverages. The cabinets had coffee and tea. All I needed for breakfast and lunch. "The place is far away from downtown... near across the beach in this area... a great place to relax and to rest. The property is perfect for people who come with a car... or groups. It is a most beautiful hotel. The Dining room is excellent... the staff great with excellent training and funny and kind... I was very impressed with this place."

"Overall a good stay. The hotel was right in the centre, very close to rand the bus station and restaurants. The staff were very accomodating: we arrived early one day and would have left before breakfast the next so they let us have breakfast on check in day rather than check out. "We loved this hotel! It is located right across the street from an uncrowded part of the beach, and well away from the hubbub of the town's center. Although within easy walking distance of the center’s shops and restaurants, we ended up eating at the hotel itself for two of our three nights, and found the food quite good.
