"It was a ok place since we only had to spend just one night. The staff was not friendly. The room had windows high up near the ceiling. The room felt stuffy. There were no ceiling fans and it was quite hot. Only one standing fan was provided. Location also was not that great. There are no elevators. carrying the luggage to the room in the 3rd floor was not fun either. I would not recommend this place. "

"Nothing special, the included breakfast is decent enough. There is no iron, not even to borrow they make you go through an external iron/laundry service for a fee, and make sure your TV works with all 10 remote controls they give you 🙄. You also don't need an alarm, you will be woken up by the cleaning staff at 7am with their loud 2-way radios on full blast."

Besides the ideal location in Surco, the two rooms we booked this time were spotless and comfortable for our one-week stay. From the General Manager to the front desk staff, restaurant staff, housekeeping staff, and the concierge, each employee made us feel welcome, valued, and consistently greeted us with a smile. Anytime we had a request, the staff would go the extra mile to fulfill it. We will most definitely be staying here again. Highly recommend a hotel that truly defines excellence in customer service and comfort."
