"Nice clean big rooms."

"Very nice clean room. Enjoyed my stay at the Liner. Two things I want to mention. I was on the third floor, and the hot water for a shower took several minutes to reach my bathroom. If this the same for all the rooms, that is an awful lot of wasted water. The sound proofing between rooms is not the best. With that said, I would stay there again! "

"They made a mistake with my booking, was downgraded, promised a measley 15% refund, never got it, the room was small, run down, rusty faucets, and not too clean. The bar closed at 9 pm on a Saturday night, the food at the restaurant was pricey, soggy and salty. Never again."

"Left something behind in my room. It’s bound to happen. But staff (ie AI chatbot) have been disappointingly unhelpful, so apparently I’m not getting it back. Awful customer service. "

"Native is very close to the train station and although very central, was quiet. Lovely, spacious apartment, nicely styled and with a super comfortable bed. Really enjoyed our 2 night stay at Native. Would definitely stay again. "
