"Staff awesome. Friendly when checking in and made sure when leaving that we had a good stay. Pool area great!!! Loved how the water was warm and comfortable. Kid loved the slide and basketball hoop. Room with a hot tub spacious. Comfortable tub and had a good night’s sleep. "

"The pool was much smaller in person and we found that disappointing. We got a King room with a spa tub. The spa tub was pretty clean, but the power of the jets were a bit underwhelming. Overall if wasnt a terrible experience, but I probably would not come back again."

"The description of the rooms on the app are not exactly what the hotel is offering. You don’t get what you paid for. The morning host at the desk is not friendly and has very poor manners!!! Have stayed there a few times….I won’t be back!"

"I have nothing but high recommendations for my hotel stay here in Chippewa Falls. The breakfast area was always very clean and well stocked during breakfast hours. The reception desk had knowledgeable people working at all times. They were able to answer my questions immediately. Even with a wedding and the EC marathon influx of people, they didn’t skip a beat. The value for the money spent was well worth it. Thank you for a wonderful weekend stay. We will be back!"

"I stay at this hotel often. This visit was the best yet. The pool was warm and clean, new furniture in the pool area looked nice too. Its great to have coffee and hot water available but I wished they offered free drinking water. I understand paying for bottled water if thats what you want but having drinking water available would be great even if its just during breakfast hours"
