"The Ormond was ideal for our overnight stay in Tetbury.We enjoyed a drink and socialising with the locals in the bar,which had a good vibe about it.Our ground floor room was smartly furnishedand plenty big enough.The queen size double bed was very comfortable and the en-suite shower/toilet was well decorated, clean and provided plenty of powerful hot water both in the evening and morning.Our full english and vegetarian breakfast choices were well presented and ample in size.We enjoyed our stay...

"Place was near where i needed to be bar staff in rhe day where very nice The room was big but afraid needed sone tlc haning coofee stains that hace ground in on the table kettle needed descaling some wall paper even over the snug bar area needed attention these details reflect on the ratings. My partner had decaf coffee in the day but at brrakfast was told we dont have decaf? "It was a very comfortable room, but a litte dated and scruffy round the edges. the staff were all really good - cheerful (moslty!) and friendly which helps a lot. I had a room on the ground floor which opened into the car park so wasn't keen on leaving the window open - it didn't have a lock 'airing' mode, but not a big deal. It felt safe enough. Food options were ecellent and the meal I had was great value for money. "

"The hotel is easy to find, great parking, ability to eat at the hotel and sit in a nice beer garden. If you have mobility issues make sure you request ground floor room as there are lots of stairs and long corridors. I stayed in a deluxe room which was advertised as bigger than average. Overall pleasing colour decor. Tea, coffee , water . Now to be picky - the mattresses on the single beds pushed together to represent a" king size bed " need replacing . The shower area needs to be bleached....

"A friend and I went to Frome for a wedding, and staying at the Archangel was perfect. It was close to the wedding, shopping and Frome itself was lovely. The staff was friendly and helpful, the venue had a wonderful series of quiet rooms, eating areas and our room was wonderful. The steel and brass fittings and stone work were beautiful. My one piece of feedback would be for our room; it had narrow steps up to the room which I think would not work for anyone who had disabilities. If the room does...

"Overall the property was in a great location.Flat was everything that you needed. Pity however that it was missing just a few little touches. A small bottle of milk would not have gone amiss. No salt and pepper. The TV remote control needs to be replaced. Control buttons not working . Could not get any BBC channels on free view . All small problems . The entry instructions were great and very clear. "

"The place was spotless and had little touches to help make the stay comfortable. We had a minor issue with one of the apartments, but customer service was quick to deal with it and we really appreciated that. Overall a nice stay with great location, car parking is quite limited though."
