The staff were exceptional. There was an issue with my room and they exceeded my expectations by rectifying the issue with incredible care and gratitude. I was truly amazed by the hospitality. Thank you very much.

BETTEI
We had a great time visiting our daughter and Oita. The place was about a 15 minute walk from the train station. It was roomie. Was nice inside as well. We would stay there again in the future.
