"You cannot beat this location across from the Assateague Lighthouse or the knowledge and stories of Capt. John who was born and raised on the island! We made the most of our 2 night stay.
Very clean and well maintained family run property. The 11 small cottages are well situated with basic amenities. We took advantage of both sunset and sunrise cruises as well as the water taxi to a private beach. There are also kayak and small boat rentals. Had a fire on shore and looked at the stars. Beautiful and peaceful! Saw ponies, seagulls (finally saw a baby), oyster catchers, flocks of pelicans, a pair of eagles and many herons as well as one of the best sunsets ever! Highly recommend a visit to Snug Harbor and the Assateague Island Tours."
