"I would not recommend this place to anyone. The room was basically a closet with card boar wall. I'm not tall, but I could barely stretch myself on the bed there. There is no elevater and some of the rooms are in fifth floor. I started crying when I realized I should somehow get my heavy luggage ..."

"ROW Hotel is located very near Times Square. The room was very clean. We requested a room with safety features. The room available was one with bathubs railings but, the bathub was too slippery, we have to use a towel to avoid some injury. Despite this we enjoy our stay."
