Good value at an affordable price; and location was great

Amazing staff and cozy rooms. Bathroom was a bit small.

Excellent hotel in a great location. Minutes from the underground train station and the downtown area. Decent selection of restaurants and there is a Co-Op just around the corner. There is also a laundromat not too far away. The hotel itself was fantastic. Nice and quiet for sleeping and the staff was wonderful. The continental breakfast was quite good with items such as eggs, bread, pastries, cereal, fruit, yogurt, deli meat and cheese. Coffee, tea and juice is also included. My single room was super cute with just enough space for one. The AC worked great and was really appreciated with the hot London weather. The only thing I would recommend for the hotel is to add a shelf in the washroom for toiletry items. I did, however, make it work with the small desk by the window. There is also a TV, full sized hairdryer and coffee maker. All in all, this was a great hotel and I would definitely stay there again.

Liked the location but lacked in amenities. The breakfast buffet looked good but the food was not. Rooms facing the street are noisy from traffic. No clock and very limited storage in room. The bathroom was huge with wasted space that should have been used for the bedroom. One elevator and lots of steps, smelled old. Charged me for breakfast on the day i checked in before I arrivied at the hotel which was 3:00 p.m.

Nice spacious room, comfortable bed, nice shower, good A/C. Location perfect to subway and attractions near Westminster. Would absolutely stay there again.
