The room is clean, the bed is very comfortable, and the shower is spacious and flawless. Overall, it offers great value for the price. The only downside is its location right next to the street, which slightly diminishes the positive impression. The team at the reception was very nice and helpful!

The check in was atrocious. The front desk service questioned my reservation. I tried to place the deposit on a different card than the booking and was flatly turned down, although the instructions from Expedia were clear. After she called the manager, we were told that the manager was unavailable to speak to us. Quite frustrating, and unnecessary, as we followed the instructions from Expedia to a T. I would not recommend.

This hotel offers clean rooms with comfortable beds. It will become the hotel I go to in Chilliwack, BC from now on. The description said they include breakfast, but in fact only Saturdays and Sundays, not on weekdays. I hoped they had communicated that better. Knowing that, I still think it is a nice hotel.

We liked the close proximity to the highway, reasonable price and cleanliness. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. The only downside was a window by the bathroom that had no blind on it, allowing too much sunlight after a very late check-in.

Stayed here many times now account location to family. Accommodations are simple but convenient. The location is quite noisy next to busy road. But ear plugs fix that. It was clean and wifi has been fixed from last few stays and it was good as well this time. I would stay again for Price and location

This is my second time staying at the VRI, and is the closest lodging to the music festival venue where I was working. The room was clean and comfortable, though the bed mattress was a little too hard for my taste. Not a deal-breaker! Overall, a very lovely stay.

The Roku TV services is horrible for My senior generation. Seniors do not want create accounts with passwords and jump through hoops nor watch “new” tv programming. They wantCBC CTV ABC CBS ABC TSN AND SPORTSNET and maybe some extras like news home and garden. Not sure I would come back and certain I would not recommend to a friend. Too bad cause it is very clean and staff is great.
