Just perfect. Breakfast was substantial and excellent quality. The ambience of this hotel was so serene and calm. Highly recommend.

Beautiful property. Very relaxing. Excellent lounge with great view. Very good breakfast

Once away from Puerto Natales price increased hugely as you go towards Torres de Paine as you otherwise need to drive 2.5 hrs each way to get to park and if hiking it’s not ideal. This place was a perfect option as it was full board so they provided an excellent local and high end meal for dinner and very good breakfast. We had to go early so they made us a packed breakfast and you also get a packed lunch. The quality of domes was excellent and do body. Staff were excellent and only negative...

Perfect hospitality- this hostel is run like a dream! Everything is designed for trekkers coming and going to Torres del Paine. Spotlessly clean room, loads of hot water, early breakfast box provided for those going to the park on the early bus. You can leave stuff there for free while you are trekking if you are going back there afterwards. There are loads of hostels in Natales but I can’t fault this one. Fabulous relaxed breakfast on the day of departure post W trek. Excellent!

If you’re staying over in Puerto Natales I would recommend this hotel without hesitation. It exceeds expectations on every level. We stayed in room 12 which overlooked both the main street and also the sea, it being dual aspect. Great value for money and a free welcome drink greated us at the bar located on the 4th floor.

Small rooms but super clean. Wonderful staff, welcoming and always happy to help.

Great breakfast and service. Great place to be based for a couple days to go hiking

This place is as close to a heavenly haven as you can come! When we first arrived I laughed out loud to myself because I didn't think somewhere could be that beautiful. The accommodation is beautifully decorated in both the rooms and communal areas. The main part of the lodge where breakfast and dinner take place is stunning inside and out and has a really cosy homey feeling, as well as feeling grand. The wooden interior and exterior of the property are just stunning. We came in December and the...

Lovely hotel integrated within buildings previously a large industrial site, creating an interesting juxtaposition between industrial past and current first class hotel. Our room was large with an amazing view of the fiord. Service was excellent. Restaurant and bar provided great choices of high quality food and drink. So glad we had the chance to stay here.
