Only complaint is the property is very noisy at the moment because of construction in and around the building. Hammers started at 7 am when we were there and street noise level is high as this is more like a second floor apartment than a hotel. "

We received a WhatsApp message prior to our arrival which proved to be very useful as it guided us to the hotel and the best place to park. The room was spacious and welcoming, and the bed was very comfortable. The location was superb, situated in a lovely area, very close to many sights and restaurants. The style of the hotel felt very boutique and individual. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. "

"The breakfast was good. They should put a ramp for the step in the breakfast room. We saw a man fall and thank God he didn’t break anything. The annex is so inconvenient to walk a block and 1/2 to go to breakfast. They should only put young people in the annex."

"Excellent hotel close to the city centre with its pedestrianised area and attractions. Traditional and comfortable. Cosy but freshly decorated room. Hospitality tray. Comfortable communal areas. Excellent breakfast. Staff could not do too much for you. Bus from airport stopped about 150m away, so easy to access. Would thoroughly recommend."

"A/C not working. Apparently shut off as to the time of the year and local ordinance? Bare bulb lamp, no shade. 4 hangers. Bathtub/ shower had mildew stains, drain plug laying on the side of the tub probably due to the fact that drain was very slow so we are standing in dirty water. Asked to change rooms which is being accommodated for days 2 & 3, haven’t seen that room yet. "
