"Overall this was a great hotel. The room was clean and all staff were friendly. My only complaints were how much light was still allowed into the room even with the curtains closed and since it's an older building sound carried quite a bit more from room to room than I was expecting."

"The staff was polite and friendly the room wasn’t cleaned very good and then the thermostat didn’t work the the tub didn’t drain and the toilet didn’t flush correctly. Wouldn’t recommend or stay there in the future I only typically stay at Hilton properties."

"Nice enough stay - great location and Lynette (lobby hostess) was Extra Sweet and Helpful with Chicago info and a smile. But 4 things bothered me 1) Noise level in dining room and lobby Way too Loud - even after breakfast service was over, Loud music and Very Loud TVs were annoying my friend trying ..."
