"Just as advertised…friendly and helpful staff, very clean, really good complimentary breakfast included (chef makes omelets while you wait), and complimentary beverage and cheese tray and snacks. "

"Quiet hotel in a residential neighborhood. Nearest shops and restaurants are about two blocks away. Bus stops are also easy to walk to. Location is really close to the lake -- I recommend taking in the views at Belmont Harbor. The hotel is in an older building that has some quirks, but I really enjoyed my stay. The staff is excellent. I also like the common room downstairs -- very comfy and cozy, with coffee, a shared microwave, and disposible plates and utensils. "

"Staff was amazing. Looked like they were in the process of updating and remodeling. Looked nice. Several issues with the room though. Shower head was leaking and wouldn't stay upright, toilet would run and we would have to fix it, the tv didn't work, and the air conditioner made a loud rattle when the heat was running. "

"Overall, I had a really good stay at this hotel. The room and common areas were very clean, which is always one of the most important things to me when traveling. Most of the staff were also very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The two times I interacted with the front desk, the employees were welcoming and quick to help with any questions I had. There was one front desk staff member who wasn’t the most pleasant, but luckily I only encountered him once. The other staff members more than made up for it with their great customer service. The amenities were fairly limited. There was no room service, housekeeping, or breakfast available, so it’s definitely more of a basic stay. Because of that, I think this hotel works really well for a quick trip or short stay. Overall, I had a positive experience and would stay here again for a short visit, but if you’re planning a longer stay and want more amenities, you might want to consider other options."
