Congress Plaza Hotel
Room was clean, coffee maker didn’t work but was replaced quickly. Staff all very helpful, especially Steve the doorman/security. Very helpful getting us a cab!

Get the breakfast, you go next door with coupons and it’s excellent! So convenient. We also went there for drinks and appetizers before going to the Chicago theater.
