Staff were all amazing, food at the breakfast buffet with the cheif making omelets!!!! Wait staff very attentive. Check in and out process very smooth sailing. Only issue was with the corner suite room the doors connecting rooms om both sides got a little loud. Overall, would definitely book again.

The dining was excellent and the service there was amazing. The rooms were clean and we appreciated the room lighting options. The check in / check out staff were cold and messed up our checkin - we had 2 rooms reserved. At check in We were asked and we said we did not want any housekeeping services during our stay for either room. However everyday we were confronted by staff who I assumed wanted tips normally I would tip at the end of my stay but not if they keep bugging me. The room seemed in very good condition however the beds were very uncomfortable and for that reason alone we would not stay again. We were hoping for a quiet stay. However, The rooms were very noisy. We could hear small children running in the hallway before 6 am and also the people above us blasting music at all hours. This hotel needs better soundproofing. The rooms were well supplied with bathroom amenities and again, were very clean. Much appreciated that.

It was my first time staying at this property and everything was excellent! From the staff to the rooms to the property. It was super big I was not expecting that. The dining options were wonderful & not to mention the breakfast! There were a ton of options & everything was great!

The atmosphere, the riverwalk, the area .. everything was beautiful. except my room costing 600 dollars for a 1 night stay plus 100 security deposit plus 85 for valet plus a 25 dollar tax fee.. so basically almost 1000 dollars to stay 1 night.. that’s ridiculous.

Its a great location to either walk or catch a ride to your favorite activities. I have stayed there many times for that reason. I am usually traveling with a group of 4 so i wish tne rooms were bigger with sofa-bed option. But convenience usually wins out when i decide which hotel to pick in downtown Chicago.

This hotel was friendly and very clean. Convenient location to everything. We didn’t even need to use the car rental, since we were able to walk everywhere. Will definitely go back.

The hotel location is very convenient. The rooms are good. I don’t like the extra destination fee after you’ve paid. I’d rather it was built into the original cost. We stayed 8 nights and it cost us another $250.

Great location. Easy walking distance to dining and shopping. I love the daily $25 allowance for dining and shopping at the downstairs market. The only downside is expensive parking. But you can find cheaper parking under nearby buildings.

Aside from very expensive parking ($84/night)...we were incredibly impressed with this hotel. The location is EXCELLENT and walking distance to Michigan Magnificent Mile, Millennial Park/the Bean, even Navy Pier. Staff was friendly, responsive and the food at the Lobby Restaurant was great as well (we had breakfast). They also have "The Big Bar" in the Lobby which has one of the most incredible city views around! A tall liquor circular tower and HUGE floor to ceiling windows. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Chicago. It's location is unbeatable for walking to ALL attractions.
