I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The bed was very cozy, which made it easy to relax and get a great night’s sleep. I also really appreciated how quiet the room was, creating a peaceful atmosphere throughout my stay. Not mentioning that my room was at the 1st floor. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Every part of the experience felt smooth and well organized, from check in to check out. Breakfast was good! I enjoyed that the proteins changed from day to day! The front desk staff were very kind and informative. I wanted housekeeping to come and take out the trash which they did AND picked up after us and made our bed while we were out for the day. We will definitely stay here again when we visit chicago again, its about a 40minute drive into the downtown area. Worth it if you want to have some quiet away from the big city each night

I stayed a few weeks and the first week the room I had was very nice and clean, and the staff was great. The second week I stayed and the room smelled like smoke and was rundown, the staff were still fine. I almost asked to get a different room, but by the time I got checked in, I was tired and wanted to go to sleep.
