Beautiful view downtown. I really liked the inside of this hotel! Everyone was very helpful and I was able to get checked in quickly. I know they said they were renovating and my room was very lovely! I would have appreciated some signage of room numbers off the elevator as I was in a time crunch ...

Hilton Chicago/Magnificent Mile Suites
You had to run the shower, the bathroom faucet, and the one in the room to get the hot water to turn on. The toilets throughout the hotel did not flush well. We had to call maintenance multiple times to.plunge the toilet and the toilet in the lobby had to be flushed multiple times just for tissue ...
