I liked the cleanness of the room but there was a huge issue about internet connection.
Wifi did not work almost at all.
I am an international tourist and hotel wifi was crucial.
On the first day, I asked for a room change, but one of their staff answered it was because many people were connecting and there was nothing they could do. It was 2pm. Obviously it should not be the busiest time at hotel it’s before all guests check in.
As internet in room was not only inconsistent but more like not available throughout my stay m, I needed buy eSIM that works in US.
The hotel has a Congress hall, and then the room interest should not be interfered even if many other guests using internet.
There is definitely a room for improvement. The no internet makes my travel harder.
