Tokyo Bay Shiomi Prince Hotel
I fully recommend this hotel. The staff speak english, are very helpful, the rooms are clean with a gorgeous view. The sauna is wonderful, the buffet although a bit costly is completely worth it. And they have all types of amenities and extras (hair brushes, clothes for the bathhouse, razors, toothbrushes, ...
