All facilities within the campus. Food can be improved for the price they charge. Good environment.

Everything is the way that a traveler wants from facilitator of bed & breakfast. Nothing is lacking. Excellent food, cordial executives in the last not the least, highest order of hygiene. The only thing I regret while staying, I couldn’t make my friends from all over Chennai to have lunch at this excellent facility. Most of them excused themselves stating that this facility is far off. I have to yielded to their request, I hosted the lunch elsewhere in the city

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the staff were excellent, special thanks to the pool guy and the restaurant staff for their care and attention. Our room was spacious and spotless when we arrived with a lovely shaded balcony. Great pool, partially shaded with loungers available for relaxing afternoons out of the heat. Thanks for a great stay

Brilliant place, food very good. Limited menu but very tasty. The staff cannot do enough to help you. Very polite and discreet. nice clean pool. Quiet at night. Very modern room with a memory foam mattress, very comfy and large. Fridge and tea and coffee making. AC very cold and very quiet ceiling fan makes for a good night's sleep.

Excellent place just 2 minutes away from a beautiful beach which is secluded. Great service from all staff who went out of the way to make our stay very comfortable despite the heavy rains we experienced during our stay. The owner's husband was very accommodative and gave a triple room instead of one of the double rooms we had booked at no extra cost. Parking Issue

Easy accessible and we can drive the car near to the beach. It is very near by this property. Food little bit expensive but overall worth for money

Decent property with good rooms . It's very big property with lots of open space and beach access. Enterence of the property is flashy and gives classy look. Food is huge disappointment, High tea is a shame. Lights are very less which gives seedy look at night. Pool is not very clean and tiles are broken. The security head has some attitude and not fair to KA cars. The place has secure feeling and had a great sleep. Overall good experience. There are many very good 5 stars around and restaurants...
