"The valet parking is a scam. I booked on Expedia, and it stated valet parking mandatory at $55 per car. Okay, fine since we were staying close to the Forum for a show. After the free cancellation day passed, I received an email confirming that valet parking was $55 ($60 including tax) BUT SUV or trucks were $110 DOUBLE the price AND only 1 car per room. Are you kidding me? Of course I drive a small 2 door SUV and was meeting my girlfriend for the show, so now I can’t sleep trying to figure out where we are going to park the 2nd car overnight without sketching out and overpaying for a SUV that takes less room than a 4 door sedan. After stressing out all day, Valet felt bad for us and let us park the 2 cars. Other than the whole parking issue, the hotel was great. My reserved room was not ready at 4 pm check-in, but front desk was kind enough to move me to a different room, since I really needed a nap before the concert! Wasn’t able to use the pool, but the onsite restaurant was good to grab a bite before the show."

"I only stayed for 4 hours on a Long layover delayed flight. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Especially when my alarm didn't go off and I slept through my wake up call! They come up and banged on the door to wake me up. When I was sprinting through the lobby to catch the shuttle to airport, they flagged the shuttle to wait for me and I was so grateful. Great shuttle service and staff! Above and beyond!!"

"The breakfast was ok, the rooms were ok. The hotel left much to be desired, but if you just need a stay and nothing else then this place does just fine. the parking situation was cheap but that’s because you have to self park in an garage with 2 other hotels. It was a very basic stay"

"The room we was given wasn’t as clean as the previous reviews. The carpet had a smell to it and I couldn’t walk barefooted in the room. You can tell it’s a bit run down. Other than that, the staff and stay was peaceful and quiet."

"Clean room staff nice air conditioning was great loved the shower parking was fine but where the hotel is I did not like don’t go when it is rush hour traffic it’s hard to get in. I would go back if it was in a different spot"
