Hotel staff are very professional and polite. Southern hospitality does exsists. The hotel was always clean and well kept. Food was great for breakfast and dinner. Biscuits and gravy were great for breakfast. Highly recommend this hotel out of all the other hotels in the town of Fort Smith. My room was very comfortable. Never had a kitchen in a hotel room before, but this was great should you not feel like going out one night.

Extremely clean and tidy hotel with friendly accommodating staff. There was a large basket of goodies placed in our room for our use and consumption on our arrival. The room was serviced every day no matter how late we vacated it. The swimmingpool was well maintained with a supply of fresh dry towels always available. Three evenings a week a light snack was made available, ideal if you didn't fancy one of the numerous eateries in the immediate area. When the hotel filled up with Alabama football...

This hotel is just by the freeway and so there is a little noise. It also was starting to look a little dated. However, it was clean and spacious. The breakfast was very basic and could have been a bit better. Otherwise a ecent enough stop on Route 66.
