"We stayed at the casitas to celebrate our daughter's birthday. As soon as I got out of the car, the staff was letting me know they could take our luggage to our room (we did not need that service, but greatly appreciated the offer), then Vienna checked me in, and was very friendly and helpful. The casita was perfect! Very clean, beautiful, and right near the heated pool and hot tub, which was a hit with all of us😀 They texted after check in to check on us if we needed anything, which was also appreciated. Great stay and highly recommend! "

"Our stay was great! The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, our room was clean, and the pool and hot tub were a big hit for my kids and I. I would say be aware that the rooms can get a bit noisy. We were on the first floor and could hear other guests walking up and down the stairs, closing doors, and cleaning in other rooms. Because of the noise we had early mornings and late nights. "
