"Good hotel with very friendly staff. The front desk was very welcoming and open to help and provide guidance. Hotel is near the pentagon a bit of a drive to the downtown core of Washington. Free shuttle to the Regan airport and the national mall is a plus because Uber is expensive. The rooms are very clean only thing was the outdate hardwares but not a deal breaker. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Lombardy! The staff was incredibly attentive. The Venetian Bar was a good spot for cocktails, with cozy, historic feels. The location was perfect for us and within walking distance of restaurants and bars, as well as a quick ride-share to Nationals’ Park and the National Mall. "

"There was an issue in the system that did not connect with expedia with the hotel so on expedia show I was booked but in their system showed nothing but the GM went out of her way to correct the issue and was able to get everything figured out. Definitely professional, would highly recommend "

"We can’t say enough good things about how friendly the front desk staff and dining staff was during our entire 4 day stay..The rooms are small but very cozy and very clean..The technology is easy to grasp and the staff was there to answer any and all of our questions. If you are traveling via the metro system during your stay you will LOVE this place even more, the metro/subway is literally right around the corner..Highly recommend CitizenM to all!! "
