"I’ve stayed at the Double Tree many times over the years, and has always been amazing. This time was less so. The check-in staff was unfriendly and not very helpful. Getting any information out of them was like pulling teeth. When we got to our room, even though we had booked a room with a queen, it had a single full bed. The sheets on the bed were stained, which is always off-putting. When I went to use the shower, the ceiling in the stall was filthy and looked like someone had wiped their boogers on it. After an incredibly uncomfortable night on a broken-down mattress, I got up in the morning to make some coffee and found someone’s used grounds in the pot. All-in-all, this was not the standard I expected from this hotel after so many great stays. I’ve had cleaner rooms and more pleasant staff at EconoLodges. I truly hope this was all a fluke."

"A couple tried to get into my room and there was no hot water in the morning to shower. Had to go to my meeting without a shower. Dropped my confidence a bit and made my whole day uncomfortable."

"This hotel is a great find! Very friendly staff, clean room, and great amenities. It is very close to the airport taking only about 5-10 minutes in the shuttle. Restaurants are close by but not really walkable but Uber eats was quick and easy. This was also an amazing value compared to surrounding hotels. The breakfast spread was pretty average for complimentary but still very good and The breakfast attendant was very friendly and welcoming. The fitness area was clean and the hot tub and pool were the perfect temperature. There was a little construction going on but did not affect the station (just the look). Highly recommend if you're looking to stay on site and relax in a quiet and safe environment. "

"Great proximity to airport. Room was comfortable. Breakfast was pretty standard, but OK. No dinner options nearby. Took an Uber to Cascade Station for a restaurant. There were many available there. "

"The hotel was nice, but it was hard to get to from where TriMet let us off. The room was clean and comfortable but the exterior doors looked like someone had tried to whitewash them with thin paint, making them look like they were under renovation. Staff were excellent."
