"Don’t waste your money. Concierge Angela dumbaas lied and tried to give me a regular room after I ordered a premium even though my reservation was showing premium. AC stopped working, TV can hardly stream anything. Rooftop floor was sticky. The only crew that was holding it down was the valet. I asked for my receipt after my stay and unfortunately there was lying ass Angel again who still hasn’t emailed my receipt for my hotel stay. Choose this last and don’t let them lie to you. I would’ve spent way more $ with hotel if they didn’t suck."

"the whitley is a wonderful hotel. I schedule through hotels.com and my Marriott points were still honored. working quick elevators polite staff. all that's missing is an affordable shuttle bus to and from the airport. this is a great place to stay"

"The linen at this property is dirty. We discovered that _after_ our first night there. Talked to the staff, and they changed the linen. But then we noticed that the new linen were also dirty. To be clear, the covers were dirty at their rims, at the end near your face, and they were stained, looked like bodily fluids??? This property should invest in new linen or new washing machines. I am not staying there again!"

"This was our first time back in a few years. The hotel has definitely done something because the place was spotless and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The Club lounge was fantastic and everything was great and calm. The only thing I didn’t like was the bar/restaurant connected to the hotel. The food was great and bartenders great. But, when you pay for high end food and drinks nobody wants to listen to someone else FaceTime, watch a video or talk loudly on their phone. The bar was a cool vibe but this lady ruined it. I wish a dress code was enforced because if you can afford to come to a nice place then you should know better than to wear a profanity shirt. Otherwise it was great."
