"We stayed here for a night for our anniversary. The pool and gym were great and one of the reasons we booked. The room was nice and modern with plenty of space. It wasn't that clear on the website menu whether there were gluten free options at breakfast, so we were delighted when the options were so good. We had a full fry up (minus black pudding which I don't like anyway) and even had gluten free croissants which was a real treat. The server told us that the afternoon tea was available gluten free also, so we may have to come back for that!"

"Exceptional location, well presented and brilliant extra facilities like spa and pool. Food was excellent, room very good quality too. Staff polite and friendly, only minor point is there is not separate area for hotel guests to park so parking peak times when a lot of members using the golf course is difficult "

"Comfortable room, very clean. The only thing was that the food was not cleared away quickly enough from the outside seating area which attracted a gull who started eating the leftover food. "

"Amazing bed!! Extremely accommodating reception staff who gave us extra teabags and milk when we asked. Ice machine is an awesome touch, especially in the hot weather. Air conditioning was a god send. Lovely, fluffy towels. And very good water pressure in the shower. Multiple plug sockets in reachable locations and a USB port!! Looking forward to our breakfast in the morning. Will definitely remember this hotel for my next visit to Cardiff. "
