Admittedly I arrived after midnight; but they advertise 24hr reception. 2 boys on reception did not have a clue. I had to stand my ground to get a room but it was not the one I paid for. The place accross the road looks much better.
bkfst not so great someways was cold. Service in the restaurant poor.6TH FLOOR very noisy from the bar up above. Workers don't know how to be quite.
Clean but very plain. Keep the windows closed or the bugs and noise will be bad.
As described in hotel facilities and room conditions, its just fair, i would say, since the room size, the bathoom size, toiletries provided, wifi, tv channels etc are not coming into categorey of good. sorry!!
The only good thing about this hotel is the short distance from it to the Vijaya mall (although crossing the street is unsafe even for locals).
The sheets on both beds were dirty. TV screen is small, and remote control don't work unless they are less than a foot from the box. Internet often disconnects, and very slow when it works.

Average Hotel
Nothing special, hard to find the location if ur not used to Chennai. the shower carton has too many stains.
In spite of the fact that i had requested for a single king size bed which was confirmed by expedia i was put in a room with two seperate beds saying there are no rooms available with king size bed. Also, instead of a peaceful room, i was given a room, where i had the club on the top and road with traffic. Felt like i was trying to get some sleep on the road. Also, until midnight about 2 AM i called the receiption 3-4 times to at least stop pulling tables and chairs on my head but no action taken. Horrible experience, never ever will stay in this hotel.
They were not showing interest since the room was booked online.
On two occassions they failed Do house Keeping at room.
Inspite of paying for Extra bed , they failed identify proper room and two single cots were joined making the sleep terrible.
Most inconvenient was lift. This is attached to Bar on the 7th Floor . So whenever family menbers use the lift it is smelling of Alcohol all the time. There shoudl be seperate lift for Drikners.
Even the entrace portico is occupied with lot of two vehicles making entrance a mess.
Good value for money hotel .
Never going to be the best but for the room rate clean and comfortable room.
Some service issues, you cant get a drink in the restaurant and you cant get food in the bar So asked for room service and a very long wait very "jobsworth" bar manager
However i would go back and enjoyed my stay
Good hotel with good maintenance of the hotel except some bed bugs(one of the room)...thing is that I did stayed over night... but the rest I would suggest its value worth & you will not be dissapointed!
this hotel is located in very noisy area. Right opposite the hotel is a leading hospital of chennai, so always u hear the sound of ambulance siren and other souds.
Very nice and reasonably priced, but not that close to the airport
A smart hotel in a good neighbourhood. Rooms are reasonable sized rather than large, but they’re modern and well-equipped with effective aircon, big TVs and lovely bathrooms with proper shower cabinets. The rooftop bar is a nice place to sit but the service is slow. I didn’t have time for breakfast and didn’t try the restaurant, but there are lots of good ones close by including the excellent Hotel Ponnusamy in the Mall next door, where there’s also a Nilgiris supermarket.
The Expedia website says the hotel is 6.8km from the airport but staff on reception told me it’s more than 10km and quoted an astronomic price for a taxi - the rules of these reviews sem to say I can't tell you the actual rate. I got a rickshaw (plenty always waiting outside) for half as much.
