Overall a pleasant stay at the hotel. I wasn’t comfortable with the room for the fist night so I asked for a change. I got an upgrade to a more comfortable room at a different tower. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Location is excellent which is just adjacent to Raffles City Chengdu.

Very clean and comfortable room and excellent staff who were incredibly hospitable and helpful. Ventilation on non-smoking floors can be improved as cigarette smells could still be detected, although this was less pronounced inside the room itself.
