The rooms were clean, but very small (cruise ship size) and worn. Shower leaking out of the door. Worped flooring due to shower leaking. Bathroom and shower were all black in color a very dark.

This was a great hotel for our first time in London. It was centrally located and convenient to multiple Underground stations. We had a deluxe room that was spacious enough for two. The bed was comfortable and our room was always cleaned by the time we returned for the day. Really enjoyed the black out shades and the complimentary mini bar.

Where do I start… check in-no one took a deposit so had trouble with having to pay for everything as I couldn't bill room until I finally sorted it at the front desk. Breakfast was great and included. This is not a suitable property for those with disabilities. I was put on the third floor with no lift. Despite contacting the property and receiving what I thought was assurance of on site disabled parking, I was sent to a car park a fifteen minute walk away.
